Managing Director

What is the best part of your job? All of it!  I love what I do!  I believe working in British Manufacturing is one of the best sectors to be in.  We design, develop, and make industry leading products for some of the most exciting projects in the UK.

Working with people, leading people, developing the strategy, and bringing a team along with you as part of the journey is a fantastic experience.

Describe yourself in three words: Driven, Passionate, Fun.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Tae Kwon Do, Running, Playing the piano, exploring new wine.

Who inspires you? Too many people to name.  I take inspiration from lots of people and things around me.  I love enthusiasm, energy and passion to get things done.

When did you join the business? 2017.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? I have done lots of things I am proud of and achieved things I never thought was possible. I like to keep challenging myself to do new things. Continuing to push the boundaries both professionally and personally, while ensuring I have fun along the way.

Bryan Bentley

What is the best part of your job? I enjoy being involved in all parts of the company’s strategic decisions.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Skiing and Mountain Biking.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Buying Mansfield Pollard in Feb 2020.

Ben Priestley

What is the best part of your job? Enabling better commercials decisions in the business through more informed financial & business KPI’s. AND working on business strategy within the Board.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Fun with the Family & classic cars.

Who inspires you? Richard Branson, Brewdog.

When did you join the business? July 2020.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? I’ve been lucky to do what I’ve been able to in life so far. But having children is definitely one.

Vicky Eades

Sales Director

What is the best part of your job?  Leading and supporting my team – seeing their hard work pay off.

Describe yourself in three words:  Motivated, Ambitious, Loyal (my husband is watching me type and he says I am painful and cantankerous).

What are your hobbies outside of work?  Movies, Jogging (shuffling really), exploring new gins in the market.

Who inspires you? Its not one person, as a child it has to be my dad and as I grew older, meeting new people in my personal and work life allowed me to take “gems” from others and from there how you reach for the stars and turn dreams into reality. My dad still inspires me though.

When did you join the business? Aug 2018.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Believing in myself from being young, simply working hard and achieving whatever I set out to do – I am very blessed with the people around me.  Overall – my home, lifestyle and work life balance supported by an unbelievable husband!

Shaun Cockcroft

What is the best part of your job? Working with my team to solve problems. I manage a great team of diverse professionals who have a great positive mindset and an unrivalled depth of product knowledge; working together to come up with a variety of engineered solutions.

Describe yourself in three words: Energetic, attentive, understanding.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Walking and reading.

Who inspires you? Dwayne Johnson.

When did you join the business? 2007.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Leading a team of engineers and project managers, developing, and delivering world class data centre projects totalling £50m+

Adam Ola

Head Of Engineering

What is the best part of your job? Working with a talented team to design and deliver innovative products.

Describe yourself in three words: Caring, Loyal, attentive.

What are your hobbies outside of work? My family are my biggest hobby, spending as much time making memories with the people closest to me. I’m also a season ticket holder at my second home Huddersfield Town, where I drag my son to watch some mediocre football.

Who inspires you? This would hands down have to be my dad, his work ethic and values have made me the person I am today.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Personal or professional. My biggest professional achievement would have to be my career path. I started as an apprentice welder fabricator but had ambitions and drive to achieve more, I have held positions at high level management helping deliver multimillion pound projects.

Scott Donoghue

Head of Projects

What is the best part of your job? Delivering difficult projects to our customers’ satisfaction and then sharing their feedback with my team.

Describe yourself in three words: Big, Bald and Beautiful.

What are your hobbies outside of work? I enjoy walking and anything that involves being outside. Until a recent arthritis diagnosis, I enjoyed fell running and I’ve ran the marathon route up the highest mountains in the UK. I also enjoy rugby league.

Who inspires you? My parents. A lot of my values and work ethic come from them, particularly my Dad who also has an engineering background. Since becoming a Dad myself, I have a newfound respect for what they did for me and my brother, especially my amazing mum.

When did you join the business? June 2005.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Personal has to be my family. Not only have I found a woman that wants to spend time in my company, she also wanted to have a family with me and our beautiful daughter Matilda is by far our greatest achievement.

Professionally it would be sitting on the Building and Engineering Services Association’s expert panel for the latest version of DW172, the industry specification for Kitchen Ventilation Systems. Having started as a trainee estimator in our kitchen ventilation department 15 years prior, sitting on this panel was a massive achievement for me and something that I am very proud of.

Steve Clay

What is the best part of your job? The people I work with.

Describe yourself in three words: Positive, honest, conscientious.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Playing, watching, and coaching Football.

Who inspires you? Dad, with all he has been through and he always stays positive.

When did you join the business? July 16^th, 1990.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Bringing up my kids, they make me so proud.

Kaire Rosin-Black

Head of Procurement

What is the best part of your job? Leading a fantastic procurement team at Mansfield Pollard that connects our customers to our supply base bringing about the best solutions for all our partners.

Describe yourself in three words: I would say Motivated, Dedicated & Inquisitive. But with two kids at home quite often it’s ‘very, very tired’.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Snowboarding, Gardening & Reading are the things I love to do to relax. I quite enjoy family movie nights too.

Who inspires you? My friends and family. They all inspire me in different ways and provide support, comfort and relief. From more well-known individuals, I love Margaret Atwood’s writing & find her work thought provoking.

When did you join the business? Dec 2020

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? I think raising my children, I’m so proud of them every day. But if we exclude family one of the things I take the most pride from is the time I spent as part of Ladies Circle, running a number of social & fundraising events to support local charities.

Who inspires you?

My grandmother who always supports and motivates me to achieve my goals.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? 

Outside of work I love to stay active and as a part of Bradford Eagles Volleyball Team we succeed with winning the first place in Yorkshire Premier League and Championship in 2020.

Professional the biggest achievement to date is managing and completing data centre projects in budget and within time over £10M, which I am very proud of.

What is the best part of your job? We are always changing and innovating as a business and I love the variety, I get up every morning because it’s a constant adventure.

Describe yourself in three words: Creative, laid back and cheeky.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Trying my best to prevent DIY disasters of my own making in my new house and also spending time with my amazing 11 & 9 year old daughters.

Who inspires you? Elon Musk.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Receiving my black belt and instructors certificate in Kickboxing.

What is the best part of your job? Making a difference, adding value and working with an amazing team!

What are your hobbies outside of work? Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to 3 beautiful children, and I have the most wonderful husband. That aside, I love cooking and keeping fit.

Who inspires you? My mum! She is my rock, my world. She always remains positive and has a smile on her face.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date Advancing my career in HR whilst bringing up my children, although I have a very supportive husband so I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him.

What is the best part of your job? Problem solving and observing the continual improvement within the company how it strengthens the quality of our product, increases customer satisfaction and improves efficiency.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Coastal exploration, walking, cooking, foraging.

Who inspires you? Those people who are true to themselves and have the inner strength to stand up for what they believe in against adversity.
