Chief Executive Officer

What is the best part of your job? All of it!  I love what I do!  I believe working in British Manufacturing is one of the best sectors to be in.  We design, develop, and make industry leading products for some of the most exciting projects in the UK.

Working with people, leading people, developing the strategy, and bringing a team along with you as part of the journey is a fantastic experience.

Describe yourself in three words: Driven, Passionate, Fun.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Tae Kwon Do, Running, Playing the piano, exploring new wine.

Who inspires you? Too many people to name.  I take inspiration from lots of people and things around me.  I love enthusiasm, energy and passion to get things done.

When did you join the business? 2017.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? I have done lots of things I am proud of and achieved things I never thought was possible. I like to keep challenging myself to do new things. Continuing to push the boundaries both professionally and personally, while ensuring I have fun along the way.

What is the best part of your job? Enabling better commercial decisions in the business through more informed financial & business KPI’s. AND working on business strategy within the Board.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Fun with the Family & classic cars.

Who inspires you? Richard Branson

When did you join the business? July 2020.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? I’ve been lucky to do what I’ve been able to in life so far. But having children is definitely one.

What is the best part of your job? Working with my team to solve problems. I manage a great team of diverse professionals who have a great positive mindset and an unrivalled depth of product knowledge; working together to come up with a variety of engineered solutions.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Walking and reading.

Who inspires you? Dwayne Johnson.

When did you join the business? 2007.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Leading a team of engineers and project managers, developing, and delivering world class data centre projects totalling £50m+

What is the best part of your job?

It is never boring; every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Volleyball, Gardening, DIY.

Who inspires you?

My grandmother who always supports and motivates me to achieve my goals.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? 

Outside of work I love to stay active and play for Bradford Eagles Volleyball Team.  As part of the team we won first place in the Yorkshire Premier League in 2020.

Professionally my biggest achievement to date is the full operational management and successful delivery of £10M+ data centre projects in the previous financial year.

What is the best part of your job? We are always changing and innovating as a business and I love the variety, I get up every morning because it’s a constant adventure.

Describe yourself in three words: Creative, laid back and loyal.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Trying my best to prevent DIY disasters of my own making in my house, spending time with my amazing daughters and watching Blackburn Rovers.

Who inspires you? Steven Bartlett- Marketing legend……

When did you join the business? 2014

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Receiving my black belt and instructors certificate in Kickboxing.

Scott Donoghue

Commercial Director

What is the best part of your job? Delivering difficult projects to our customers’ satisfaction and then sharing their feedback with my team.

Describe yourself in three words: Big, Bald and Beautiful.

What are your hobbies outside of work? I enjoy walking and anything that involves being outside. Until a recent arthritis diagnosis, I enjoyed fell running and I’ve ran the marathon route up the highest mountains in the UK. I also enjoy rugby league.

Who inspires you? My parents. A lot of my values and work ethic come from them, particularly my Dad who also has an engineering background. Since becoming a Dad myself, I have a newfound respect for what they did for me and my brother, especially my amazing mum.

When did you join the business? June 2005.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Personal has to be my family. Not only have I found a woman that wants to spend time in my company, she also wanted to have a family with me and our beautiful daughter Matilda is by far our greatest achievement.

Professionally it would be sitting on the Building and Engineering Services Association’s expert panel for the latest version of DW172, the industry specification for Kitchen Ventilation Systems. Having started as a trainee estimator in our kitchen ventilation department 15 years prior, sitting on this panel was a massive achievement for me and something that I am very proud of.

What is the best part of your job? The people I work with.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Playing, watching, and coaching Football.

Who inspires you? Dad, with all he has been through and he always stays positive.

When did you join the business? July 16^th, 1990.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Bringing up my kids, they make me so proud.

Kaire Rosin-Black

What is the best part of your job? Leading a fantastic procurement team at Mansfield Pollard that connects our customers to our supply base bringing about the best solutions for all our partners.

Describe yourself in three words: I would say Motivated, Dedicated & Inquisitive. But with two kids at home quite often it’s ‘very, very tired’.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Snowboarding, Gardening & Reading are the things I love to do to relax. I quite enjoy family movie nights too.

Who inspires you? My friends and family. They all inspire me in different ways and provide support, comfort and relief. From more well-known individuals, I love Margaret Atwood’s writing & find her work thought provoking.

When did you join the business? Dec 2020

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? I think raising my children, I’m so proud of them every day. But if we exclude family one of the things I take the most pride from is the time I spent as part of Ladies Circle, running a number of social & fundraising events to support local charities.

Keren McBratney

What is the best part of your job?

Describe yourself in three words: Passionate, Caring & hard-working.

What are your hobbies outside of work?  I love travelling, travels so far have included the Inca trail to Machu Pichu, Ivory Coast in Africa, road trip around North Island of New Zealand, Pyramids and the Valley of the Kings in Egypt, as well as enjoying trips around Europe, with many more places on my wish list

Who inspires you? The two first Health and Safety professionals that I worked with David Sheppard and Peter Hamilton due to their enthusiasm, passion and dedication to continually drive forward safety

When did you join the business? December  2025.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Myself and a former colleague wrote and delivered a supervisors development programme which won an ICF Coaching Award. It had been won the previous year by NASA and we even got to go to Florida to collect it.

Who inspires you? My mum! She is my rock, my world. She always remains positive and has a smile on her face.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Aesthetics Bodybuilding, Photography.

Who inspires you? I find that quotes often provide me with inspiration in a way that individuals do not.

When did you join the business? February 2013.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? More of a turning point than an achievement: the day I picked up C++ for Dummies. That book sparked my curiosity, set me on a path into programming, and completely changed the trajectory of my life.

What is the best part of your job? Making great relationships with some incredible clients, some of which are now true friendships.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Golf, Golf, Golf and a bit of Golf.

Who inspires you? Rory McIlroy, For his determination, professionalism, and continuous self-improvement.

When did you join the business? May 2023.

What’s been your biggest achievement to date? Becoming a Scratch Golfer is definitely up there. It took a lot of time, discipline, and determination, and I’m proud of what it represents. Work-wise, I’d say my biggest achievement has been building some strong relationships and earning people’s trust.
