Acoustic Solutions with Mansfield Pollard

Acoustic

For over 155 years, Mansfield Pollard have transformed thousands of working environments, with industrial noise control and noise reduction solutions being pivotal to our long-standing success. Our acoustic expertise and product knowledge gives us the flexibility to work with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end users in any sector, with experience providing noise control solutions for the power generation, utilities, oil and gas, and automotive sectors.

Sales Director Vicky Eades believes that the combination of a skilled workforce and significant manufacturing space gives Mansfield Pollard a unique edge. “We’re incredibly well-positioned to take on new challenges in the acoustics marketplace. Having the capacity and the people to develop multiple projects simultaneously means that we can work closely with our partners to provide them with a tailored solution to meet their every need.”

As a manufacturing powerhouse in the North of England, we adapt to provide the best acoustic solutions with unbeatable quality, energy efficiency, and reliability.

Our Acoustic Facilities

Due to our continued investment, we now have over 130,000 sq. ft of dedicated manufacturing space capable of developing multiple acoustic units at any given time. Spread across our two sites in Bradford, our factories are fully flexible to suit any need or requirement and can build bespoke acoustic solutions on any scale.

Rook Lane, located close to the M62, M606, and our Parry Lane HQ, has doubled our manufacturing space with a complementary 30,000 sq. ft of external storage capacity. Standing at over 50ft tall, this readily available space provides the versatility to increase or decrease production output without sacrificing our superior lead times and unmatched quality.

For our acoustic range in particular, this allows us the freedom to attract projects both big and small as we develop partnerships in the industry. Our manufacturing facilities have been designed with ultimate efficiency in mind, bolstering our process-driven methods that adhere to even the most stringent of requirements.

Renowned for our business agility, the flexibility of both our premises and teams allows us to quickly adapt to projects regardless of their complexity, delivering where no-one else can. A combination of cutting-edge technology in the hands of highly skilled craftsmen means that our products are built with efficiency and pinpoint accuracy.

Our Acoustic Capabilities

We’re able to maintain control of acoustic projects at every stage of development by keeping all of the processes in-house. From our welding bay to our wet painting capabilities, the attention to detail we provide is second to none thanks to ongoing investment and training.

In February 2021, the business acquired two single beam cranes for the new development at Rook Lane. Able to handle up to 10 metric tonnes, this new addition enables our teams to work safely and efficiently as they manufacture large acoustic products, such as containers and enclosures.

Our spray booth uses an airless pneumatic spraying system to achieve a consistently flawless finish for a wide range of projects. Corrosion coatings from C1-C5m/i are available for acoustic products that will need to weather any storm.

The dedicated welding team are fully accredited to National, European, and international standards and have years of invaluable experience, including the fabrication of structural steelwork (to EXC2).
