Air management specialist Mansfield Pollard – which supplies energy efficient ventilation and sound management equipment to a global consumer base – has cemented a period of consistent growth by appointing Andrew Glen as Sales and Marketing Director.

Following its continued success and recent award wins; Mansfield Pollard has taken on Andrew in a bid to ensure it is appropriately resourced to handle its ongoing progression, and ensure momentum is maintained, while still nurturing current client relationships.

Andrew joins the firm with a vast array of expertise in commercial management thanks to roles with major UK brands including Tetley Tea and Virgin; where he developed the commercial operations of the Group’s life-science’s business in the UK and internationally including a spell of over four years in Qatar.

With a passion for the customer and the creation of an excellent experience for them, Andrew shares Mansfield Pollard’s ethos and is expected to further boost the manufacturer’s outstanding reputation.

Andrew’s focus will be on the creation and delivery of a strategic agenda for further commercial growth which will enable the business to focus on adding value for its customers and extend the reach of the brand in the UK and internationally.

Mansfield Pollard produces an innovative range of high-quality products including air handling units, kitchen canopies, air conditioning systems and both vibration and acoustic management systems all of which deliver best in class performance and efficiency.

2014 has been a highly successful year for Mansfield Pollard which has seen major new business wins, turnover grow by a third and the creation of 40 new jobs.
