Developed and manufactured at our 321,000 sq. ft. facility in Bradford, the ALX combines lightweight aluminium construction with robust acoustic performance, offering a flexible and efficient alternative to traditional enclosures and containers.

Mansfield Pollard has drawn on decades of expertise in both acoustic and air handling engineering to develop a modular enclosure that delivers enhanced flexibility, accelerated manufacturing times, and exceptional acoustic control.

Engineered for Performance

Every component of the ALX enclosure is designed with performance and reliability in mind. Constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, the ALX enclosure features a 60mm pentapost framework with a minimum tensile strength of 100MPa. The use of precision-welded triple mitre corners enhances structural rigidity, ensuring stability and long-term durability. This lightweight yet robust construction provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making the ALX particularly well-suited for space-constrained or transport-sensitive applications.

Modular Design Meets Bespoke Flexibility

The ALX’s modular design allows for virtually unlimited customisation, making it ideal for a wide range of applications across the power generation, data centre, and industrial sectors. From generator sets and UPS battery systems to critical switchgear and transformer enclosures, the ALX is engineered to integrate seamlessly with complex equipment layouts and operational requirements.
