Complex kitchen extract system for iconic building.

Commercial kitchen ventilation specialist Mansfield Pollard was appointed by Western Blueprint to design and install a bespoke extraction system in the new kitchen at the iconic Somerset House in central London. The Bradford-based air management company was approached by Western Blueprint to work on the project thanks to its experience in producing bespoke solutions for the complex and challenging kitchen ventilation applications. Due to the restricted size of the kitchen, the project required an innovative design as there was a substantial amount of air to move through a limited amount of space.
