Air management specialist Mansfield Pollard – which supplies energy efficient ventilation and sound management equipment to a global consumer base – is powering through 2014 with a further three appointments, to help cope with increasing demand for its services both in the UK and overseas.

Two of the latest additions are joining as trainee engineers and the third new member of the team is an experienced fitter.

Talah Raja has completed a HND in mechanical engineering at Bradford College and will start his role within the Mallard division to work on air handling units.

Aftab Hussain has a BEng from Teeside University and will commence work within the Cantech division which provides kitchen ventilation systems.

Both of the youngsters will get to grips with their new roles before moving onto different departments within Mansfield Pollard to further boost their skills and development within the company.

Craig Mawman brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing and installation of kitchen canopies, fume cupboards and associated ventilation to his role as a fitter.

Through ongoing development of staff and sourcing the ideal candidates the firm is hoping to replicate the success of the last 12 months which included two award wins and increasing its turnover by a third.
