Bespoke ventilation manufacturer Mansfield Pollard has further strengthened its reputation as a progressive and supportive employer by teaming up with Eden Training Solutions to boost staff development and qualifications.

The growing relationship between Eden Training Solutions and the Bradford based company is proving to be of huge benefit to many of the employees, who have found themselves with a chance to learn in a diverse, fast paced business whilst achieving NVQ levels 2 and 3 in a range of courses. Eden Training Solutions works in partnership with employers in a variety of occupational sectors and deliver industry recognised training including, work based QCF qualifications, Apprenticeships and specialist training programmes. The team is committed to working with employers throughout England irrespective of size: with an aim to support all businesses and work with them to develop and deliver national and bespoke training and development designed to meet their needs and requirements in the long term.

Mansfield Pollard employees can choose from a range of courses that include warehouse and stock control, sales, ITQ, customer service and management, that will provide real qualifications. (The level 3 course can have the equivalence of up to 5 A levels grade A* to C.)

Since the beginning of 2014, employee numbers have gone from 117 to 155 to help cope with increasing demand for Mansfield Pollard`s services both in the UK and overseas.

Mansfield Pollard designs and manufactures bespoke equipment to improve the environments of hospitals, schools, supermarkets, leisure chains, food processors and the rapidly expanding data centre market throughout the world.

The equipment they produce includes ventilation and air conditioning systems, acoustic and anti-vibration equipment, controls, air-handling units and kitchen extraction canopies. This highly-technical equipment is sought after by the likes of Rolls Royce, BMW, Astra Zeneca, Asda, Kelloggs and TGI Friday, to name but a few.
