Pioneering AHU flat-pack solutions

Limited and restrictive access to plant rooms is a common issue faced by AHU manufacturers and installers however, occasionally access within the plant room itself can provide additional problems.  Squeezing down small steps, underneath existing ductwork and even around existing plant items all add extra difficulty to an already difficult task.

AHU flat-pack build requires a number of different approaches ranging from a simple modular construction through to individual panel, profile and component assembly.  Our engineering team has taken flat-pack build to the next level by use of a pioneering method of a split profile build.  By using fully welded internal joining angles, it is possible to split the pentapost framework into sections as small as 250mm and fully re-assemble in any location whilst maintaining the levels of structural integrity and air tightness of the AHU.
